"was not impressed with the very late delivery,more than 1 and half hrs waiting, obviously not the drivers fault. I understand it can get busy on saturdays but that was ridiculous. The food itself tasted great as typical of J.W.
In fact my wife has just ordered food from there tonight hope it arrives earlier.I would definitely recommend JW but certainly not delivery order on a saturday."

"Order was late so I rang the restaurant, who didn't answer. After half an hour of trying, I went to the restaurant, who made no apology, and said my food had already left. I even got home before the delivery man! The man at the restaurant said that they don't answer the phone on weekends when they are busy, and consequently there was no way of contacting them. All in all, it was ok food, but I will not be ordering from them again - terrible service! "

"The driver did not want to bring the food up to the apartment and wanted us to meet him outside. My friend explained the purpose of ordering a takeaway was to get it delivered to the door. Eventually he agreed to come up to the apartment."
