"Food was good, as always, and at least they didn't forget anything this time but when it was 30 mins late we phoned to be told it was "on its way". Another 20 mins passed and they phoned us saying our food was there and when were we going to pick it up. We have email confirmation stating that it was to be DELIVERED not collected, they then delivered it a further 15mins later. The person who delivered it began arguing with my husband for a further 5mins that it was not their mistake, despite my husband even mentioning anything! All we wanted to do was eat our (cold) curry!!
P.S. It was my birthday which made it even more of a disappointment!"
