Tandoori DishesTasty yet simply prepared tandoori dish using fresh herbs & spices. these dishes are cooked to perfection in barrel shaped clay oven, generating a temperature far hotter than any conventional method. This unique process seals in the goodness & the smouldering charcoal gives it a wonderful smoky flavour. Served with fresh green salad & complementary vegetable curry sauce.

Plain Curry** A sauce of medium consistency using a wide range of oriental spices and fresh coriander, giving a rich flavour.
Madras**** South Indian version of dishes found in central & eastern India, having a greater proportion of garam spices and coriander, which lend a fiery taste to its richness
Vindaloo***** Related to the madras but involving a generous use of hot spices and coriander leaves
Korma* A delicate proportion of coconut, ground almond and fresh cream go into this dish to create a very mild but rich creamy taste.
Dhansak** Pineapple, lentils and garlic produce a sweet and sour dish of Persian origin, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
Samber*** A fairly hot spicy dish based upon the use of lentils, lemons added to obtain a sharp distinctive flavour.
Bhuna** A special blend of spices fried together to privide a dish of medium taste & rather dry consistency.
Rogan Josh** A beautiful combination of herbs and spices, garlic and fresh ginger. Garnished with tomatoes and pimentos and fresh coriander.
Dupiaza** A greater use of onions briskly fried with selected spices, green pepper, bay leaves and fresh coriander.
Passanda* Specially selected herbs and mild spices are combined with almond powder. Fresh cream is added to create a mild rich taste.
Jalfrezi**** Prepared with green chillies, long pieces of onions, green peppers, tomatoes & spices.
Pathia**** A popular consisting of tomato puree, black & red chilli powder, garlic, ginger, lemon & sugar to give a tste of hot, sweet & sour.
Karahi*** Prepared using garlic, capsicum, tomatoes, cooked in a thick sauce & garnished with coriander.
Akbari Cham Cham* Combination of herbs & spices cooked together with chef's special sauce, made with honey & cream to make it taste like chum chum.
Balti** Prepared with onions, fresh herbs & spices together with a specially prepared balti sauce.
