All personal details are provided to E-resistible voluntarily by each customer. E-resistible takes all reasonable measures to protect this data and declares it will only be used for E-resistible’s own use in transferring the orders to the restaurants.
The personal details are provided to the chosen restaurants only in case of an order and include: name, address and telephone number. The e-mail addresses collected by E-resistible are used solely for company correspondence with the customers.
Users who do not wish to disclose their personal details can still browse the website and view the menus of all restaurants. These users, however, will not be able to place an order without giving their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
For every order E-resistible gives the customer the choice to pay online via a credit or debit card (provided that the chosen restaurants accepts this method of payment). In order to pay online each customer needs to choose or type the following information: card type, card number, CCV number, start date, expiry date and billings address (if it is different from the delivery address).
For these card transactions E-resistible uses the services of a secure third-party merchant. No member of E-resistible's staff has any access to a customer's card details. Furthermore no financial information of any kind is forwarded to the restaurant. E-resistible does not store any financial details on its database. These policies ensure that customers can order on E-resistible in complete confidence of the security of their financial details. A member of staff will be very happy to clarify any questions a customer may have about these issues.
E-resistible only shares the information provided by the customers to the restaurant of their choice as explained above. E-resistible does not provide the personal details to any third parties.
This Privacy Policy is last updated on the 24th of August 2009. E-resistible can change its Policy at any time and without notice. It is responsibility of each customer to check periodically for any amendments.
